As you know, this is a RPG forum, which measn you have to use characters, and with characters come rules. I'm sorry, that's just the way it is.
-You CAN use characters from TV shows, books or movies but don't bring their background too, or their ranks in that universe.
-Overpowered characters are ofcourse not allowed and we, the staff, will decide what is overpowered and what isn't. You can always contact us if you think that we made a mistake! To avoid having a overpowered character, Mary Sues or Gary Sues, try to add flaws to your character or their powers. Also it's smart to limit your power to just one, and try to expand that power.
-For your avatar there is a max of 150x200 pixels , if you don't know what that means ask a staffmember.
-Your character has to be in your avatar, we'd like to know what your character looks like ofcourse!
-Your signature can be as big as you want, as long as it doesn't stretch the page.
